Once you enroll in the Exam Course you have 30 days to complete the exam. You have 3 attempts at successfully completing the exam with the 30-day timeframe. If you are unsuccessful in passing the exam after the 3rd attempt, you must wait 30 days to repeat the course. There are no extensions and submitted or saved data is removed from the system. We recommend reviewing and completing the following courses and tutorials prior to taking the Steward Certification Exam.

If the applicant is unsuccessful after five attempts they must wait 30 days before they can re-enroll in the exam course. There are no extensions or exceptions. All certifications expire 2 years after issuance.
