Interview Team Training

This interview training course contains 5 modules which include video, audio, and interactive elements. It is designed to give each interviewer the tools they need to successfully participate in an interview panel at Collibra. 

To complete the course, you need to I have a final score of minimum 80%.

This Inclusive Leadership ZOOM workshop is targeted toward disrupting biased decision making patterns in talent management and aims to:
• unpack components of  background that form biases
• experientially learn how those biases influence  decision making
• directly confront  organization’s prevalent biases which inhibit inclusion
• face the reality of how  unconscious biases prevent the full utilization of  talent
