Data Stewards need to be able to efficiently use the Helpdesk to track, delegate, automate, and prioritize data issues. The issue management process utilizes our built-in roles and responsibilities. Issues are automatically delegated to responsible business owners, and can be escalated to the data governance council. Using Collibra, data governance specialists can prioritize the solution of data issues, and these decisions are seamlessly relayed to IT, ensuring that the most crucial issues are tackled first.
